Aligning Shapes on PowerPoint Slides
How to align shapes in a diagram on a straight line in PowerPoint? I want my shapes to be lined up straight horizontally.

You can easily line up shapes in a diagram straight horizontal or vertically
in 4 steps.
1. Select all shapes you want to line up.
2. Click the Home menu.
3. Click the Arrange icon in the Order Objects icon group.
4. Select Align from the pull down menu. Then select "Align Middle" from the sub menu. You see shapes are line up straight horizontally.
