How to apply changes to multiple shapes in a diagram in PowerPoint? I want to change the color all circles in a diagram.

You can easily apply changes to multiple shapes in a diagram in PowerPoint in 4 steps.
1. Click to select the first shape you want to change in the diagram.
2. Press and hold down the <Ctrl> key and select the next shape.
3. Repeat step to select all shapes you want to change.
4. Then right-mouse click to select changes to be apply from the popup menu.
