Why I am getting the "run or save ChromeSetup.exe" pop up box when trying to install Google Chrome 31 on my Windows system?

If you are trying to install Google Chrome on your Windows system for the first time using "IE (Internet Explorer) 9", you will get this "run or save ChromeSetup.exe" pop up box displaying this messages:

Do you want to run or save ChromeSetup.exe (756 KB) 
from dl.google.com?
   
[Run] [Save] [Cancel]

IE displays this pop up box because it needs to download and run Chrome setup program file ChromeSetup.exe to your hard disk.

What you need to do is to click "Run", IE will download, save and run ChromeSetup.exe using default location on your hard disk.
