✍: FYIcenter.com

A

MFA (Multi Factor Authentication) is an authentication method that requires the user to provide two or more verification factors to gain access to an online service like Microsoft 365.

MFA is also called Two Factor Authentication, or Two-Step Verification.

If you are the administrator of your Microsoft 365 Business account, you can follow this tutorial to turn on or turn off MFA for all or some users in your organization.

1. Sign in to your Microsoft Business Account and navigate to Microsoft 365 admin center. Or go to https://admin.microsoft.com/ directly.

2. Click and open the admin menu below the account menu at the top left corner of the screen.

3. Select "Active Users". You see a list of active users in your organization.

4. Click "..." above the list and select "Multi-factor authentication". You see a list of active users with their Multi-Factor Auth Statuses.
