How to change Multi Factor Authentication Options for all users in my Microsoft Baseline account?

If you are the administrator of your Microsoft 365 Business account, you can follow this tutorial to change Multi Factor Authentication Options for all users in your organization.

1. Sign in to your Microsoft Business Account and navigate to Microsoft 365 admin center. Or go to https://admin.microsoft.com/ directly.

2. Click and open the admin menu below the account menu at the top left corner of the screen.

3. Select "Active Users". You see a list of active users in your organization.

4. Click "..." above the list and select "Multi-factor authentication". You see a list of active users with their Multi-Factor Auth Statuses.

5. Click "service settings" near the top of the screen. You see "multi-factor authentication" options:

app passwords - factor #1:
  [x] Allow users to create app passwords to sign in to non-browser apps 

verification optionns - factor #2:
  [ ] Call to phone
  [x] Text message to phone 
  [ ] Notification through mobile app 
  [ ] Verification code from mobile app or hardware token

6. Click "Save" to save the change.
