Your Fitbit tracker syncs with Fitbit Connect every 15 minutes
if it is near your computer and has new data. Your tracker syncs
with the Fitbit app every time you open the app, or periodically
throughout the day if you have all-day sync turned on. Some
customers find that all-day sync causes the battery on their mobile
device to drain too quickly. If this happens, you can disable all-day sync.
