A

If you are running System Center Endpoint Protection as the antivirus program on your Windows system, the FileZilla.exe will be deleted. Because it thinks that the FileZilla.exe file contains an "Unwanted Software".

You were running FileZilla.exe with no issue before 2018, because System Center Endpoint Protection was not detecting the "PUA:Win32/FusionCore" threat.

But in 2018, Microsoft updated System Center Endpoint Protection and consider "PUA:Win32/FusionCore" as a severe threat. And it will remove FileZilla.exe immediately during its regular harddisk scan.

If you want to continue to use FileZilla.exe, you need to setup exceptions in System Center Endpoint Protection to skip FileZilla.exe.

Or you should consider to switch to other FTP tools like WinSCP, or Core FTP.
