Edit Mozilla Firefox 2.0 Configuration File
How to edit Mozilla Firefox configuration file?

Mozilla Firefox has a configuration file that controls how the browser should behavior in many different situations. Configuration file contains a list of settings with default values after the installation. If you want to edit the configuration file to review and change any settings, you can follow this tutorial.
1. Run Mozilla Firefox, and enter a special Website address "about:config" in the address field. The complete list of configuration settings shows up.
2. Scroll up and down to see how many settings are in the list. The last section of the configuration file may look like this picture:
3. If a setting has a Boolean value, like "true" or "false", you can change the value by double click the setting.
4. If a setting has a string or numeric value, double clicking the setting will give a simple "Enter string value" dialog box for you to change the current value as shown in this picture:
