How to Read Sleep Data on Fitbit Dashboard?

To view your sleep data:

1. Login to Fitbit server.

2. Click Log > Sleep in the menu. You will see your sleep of last night presented in a diagram.

The diagram shows:

When you went to bed.
How long it took you to fall asleep.
Number of times you were awake during the night.
Number of times you were restless during the night.
How long you were in bed.
How long you were actually sleeping.
