How to communicate with applicants of my job posts on LinkedIn?

While reviewing each applicant of your job post,
you can take the following possible actions to communicate with
the job applicant by clicking different buttons
on the job applicant page.
1. Rate the applicant - You can rate the applicant as: "Good fit", "Maybe" or "Not a fit". This rate will trigger an automated response to the applicant accordingly.
2. Send a message to the applicant - You can send a message to the applicant to follow up on his/her application.
3. Send an email to the applicant - You can copy the applicant's email address and send him/her an email directly.
4. Call the applicant - You can check applicant's phone number and call him/her directly.
