Rebuild Index on Outlook 2010 Emails
How to rebuild index for my emails? It seems that I can not search and find anything from my emails.
✍: FYIcenter.com
If you have reviewed all settings in Index Options,
and still not able to search anything in emails,
you should rebuild the index on your Windows system.
1. On Windows desktop, search and run "Indexing Options". The Indexing Options dialog box will show up.
2. In the Indexing Options dialog box, click Advanced, then click the Rebuild button. You will see a warning message saying that rebuilding the index might take a long time.
3. Click OK on the message, and watch the "#### items indexed" line to see the indexing progress.
