A

If you want to create a project status presentation nicely and quickly, you can borrow a Microsoft sample template provided in PowerPoint 2010?

1. Click "Start" button and enter "PowerPoint" in search area to start PowerPoint. You see PowerPoint window showing up with an empty slide.

2. Click on "File" > "New" > "Sample templates" menu. You see a list of sample templates showing up.

3. Double-click on "Project Status Report". You see a list of slides showing up.

4. Modify each slide to cover different topics in your report:

Project Overview
Current Status
Issues and Resolutions
Timeline
Looking Ahead
Dependencies and Resources
Appendix

5. Click "File" > "Save as" menu. You see the "Save As" box showing up.

6. Select a folder and enter a file name for your new PowerPoint presentation: "Project_Status_Report.pptx".

7. Click "Save" button to store the presentation.
