You can following this tutorial to get started Word on iPhone for the first time.
1. Tap on "Word" on the home screen. You see "Word on the Go" screen.
2. Tap on "Get Started". You see notification setting screen.
3. Tap on "Not now" to skip it. You see "You're All Set" screen.
4. Tap on "Create and Edit" to create a testing Word document.
