Setting up Yahoo account on iPhone is easy:

Tap the Settings icon.
Tap Mail, Contacts, Calendars.
Tap Add Account.
Tap Yahoo.
Enter your name, email address, password, and account description.
Tap Next.
Make sure "Mail," "Contacts," and "Calendar" options are set to "On."
Tap Save.
