What types of styles are supported in Microsoft Word?

Microsoft Word supports the following types of styles:
Paragraph Style - Marked as "¶". Specifies formatting properties for normal paragraphs of text. For example, "List Paragraph" is a built-in paragraph style designed for paragraphs as items in a list structure. It's like a CSS style for <li> elements on Web pages.
Character Style - Marked as "a". Specifies formatting properties for characters within a paragraph.
For example, "Strong" is a built-in character style designed for characters that should be bolded. It's like a CSS style for <strong> elements on Web pages.
Linked Style - Marked as "¶a". Specifies formatting properties for both paragraphs and characters within paragraphs.
For example, "Heading 1" is a built-in linked style designed for a paragraph to be used as the top heading. It's like a CSS style for <h1> elements on Web pages.
List Style - Marked as "¶". Specifies formatting properties for paragraphs used in list structures. It determines the look of lists, including characteristics such as bullet style or number scheme, indentation, and any label text.
For example "List Bullet" is a built-in list style designed for paragraphs to be used as list items with leading bullets.
Table Style - Marked as "¶". Specifies formatting properties for paragraphs used in table structures. Table styles determine the look of tables, including characteristics such as the text formatting of the header row, gridlines, and accent colors for rows and columns.
