When I go to "About Google Chrome" on Chrome menu, I see the "Updates are disabled by the administrator" message below the version number.

Here is how to fix â€œgoogle chrome updates are disabled by the administratorâ€ provided by P&T IT BROTHER:

If your google updates are disabled by the administrator so you canâ€™t update, Donâ€™t worry anymore here is the solution! Itâ€™s very easy and it only takes 5 minutes to fix this issues.

Step 01. Go to Windows Start Button on the left bottom and Click on Run.

Step 02. Type in regedit on the run.

Step 03. go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Google\Update

Step 04. Double Click on the UpdateDefault

Step 05. Change the value from 0 to 1.

Step 06. Restart your Chrome Browser and try to update again.
