Here is a simple tutorial that shows you how to create
a mathematical formula in OpenOffice Math.
1. Open OpenOffice Math.
2. Enter the following source code in the source code panel near the bottom of the screen.
f(x,y) = {func e^{M} cdot sqrt{cos(x) + tan(y)}} over {M^{2}}
3. Review the corresponding formula displayed in the display panel.
4. Click "File > Save" to save the mathematical formular as a *.odf file.
