How to manage Object-Layer Relations in OpenOffice Draw?

Each drawing object in OpenOffice is inserted into one and only one
layer. By default, all the "Layout" layer is open
and all new objects are inserted to the "Layout" layer.
You can follow this tutorial to manage object-layer relation:
1. Insert a new object into a specific layer.
2. Identify the containing layer of a specific object.
3. Move a object to a different layer.
