Apply a paragraph style to a paragraph in Word is easy.
You can follow these steps:
1. Put the cursor anywhere in the paragraph where you want to apply.
2. Open the "Home" menu tab. You should see some styles listed in the "Styles" section of the menu.
3. Click the style name (like Heading 3) you want to use from the "Styles" section of the menu. The selected style will be applied to the paragraph.
4. Click the more icon at the bottom right corner of the "Styles" section to see the full list of styles.
Linked styles and List styles are also paragraph styles. They can be applied in the same way as described above.
