A Seed in BitTorrent is a Peer in the BitTorrent network, who has 100% of a file and is willing to share (upload) it to other peers to download.

There are 2 ways to become a Seed.

1. Save a file to the BitTorrent client folder. Create a Torrent file. Upload the Torrent file to the Indexer. Now you become the first Seed of this file.

2. Download 100% of a file from BitTorrent network. Keep it in the BitTorrent client folder. Now you become a Seed of this file.
