Resetting the Westell A90-750015 modem to the default configuration sometime may help to resolve Internet connection issues.

The easiest way to reset the modem is to use the Reset button on the back of the modem:

1. Using a paperclip, press in and hold the Reset button for 30 seconds.

2. After 30 seconds, release the Reset button.

3. Turn the power off to the modem.

4. Leave the power off for 20 seconds.

5. Turn the power on to the modem.

After resetting the modem, you may need to enter your Internet PPP account ID and password in the modem.
