Name and Save New Document in Word for iPhone
How to name and save the new document I am editing in Word for iPhone to the iPhone local storage.

While editing a new document with Word for iPhone,
you may want to name and save the new document to the iPhone local storage
to avoid losing any changes.
1. Tap the file icon in the top menu of Word for iPhone. You see the "File" menu screen.
2. Tap on the "Name". You see the save document screen.
3. Select "iPhone" under "Places".
4. Enter a name for the document, and tap on "Save" to save it. The document is saved. You can continue editing the document.
