Skype Web App actually has two versions: "Skype Meetings App" and "Skype for Business Web App". Both versions have the same functionalities.

When you enter the Skype meeting invite URL in a Web browser, "Skype Meetings App" or "Skype for Business Web App" will be invoked depending on how the meeting organizer's organization setup on Skype.
