How can I move emails from the Inbox to an Outlook Data File in Outlook 2010? My Inbox is full.

Moving emails from the Inbox to an Outlook Data File (.pst) in Outlook 2010 can be done in 4 steps:
1. Run Outlook and open the Outlook Data File.
2. Create a new folder in the data file through the context menu displayed with a right mouse click.
3. Click on the "Inbox" to list available emails.
4. Click, drag, and drop any email item from the inbox to the folder in the data file listed in the navigation pane on the left side as shown below:
