1. Double click on the template file, FYIcenter_Template.potx. PowerPoint 2007 will automatically create and open a new presentation named as "Presentation1".

2. Insert new slides by selecting any slide layouts from the template.

3. Click the Microsoft Office Button, then click Save As menu item. You will see the Save As box showing up.

4. In the "Save as type:" dropdown list, change the selection to "PowerPoint Presentation (*.pptx)", then click the Save button. A new PowerPoint presentation file will be created.
