How to make my presentation beautiful by applying a built-in theme provided by Office PowerPoint 2007? I created a presentation with the default theme. Slide look very boring. Can I make my slides look beautiful by using built-in themes?

Yes, you can easily apply a built-in theme provided by Office PowerPoint 2007 in 3 steps:

1. Click the Design tab. You see the Design tab menu showing up.

2. Click Themes. You see a list of built-in themes showing up.

3. Find and click a theme that you like the most. The selected theme will be applied to the presentation you are editing. See the picture below:

By the way, a better way to apply theme is to do it to the layouts in the slide master.
