Where does Google Chrome 55 store cookie files on my computer?

Some cookies are stored to your computer hard disk permanently as cookie files by Google Chrome. If you want to know where Google Chrome 55 stores the cookie file, you can follow this tutorial.
1. Open File Explorer, and go to your Windows user data directory: C:\Users\"username". Remember to replace "username" with your real user name.
2. Then go to Google Chrome profile subdirectory: .\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\.
3. Then go to the default subdirectory: \Default. You see all Google Chrome data files showing up.
4. Locate the cookie file called: cookies. You can open it with a SQLite tool, if you want to.
